The store\u2019s security officer detained N.G. which left bruises on her arms. Later on police arrested and charged her. N.G. only spoke Mandarin. She retained counsel Mariya Protsenko and paralegal Daisy Zhang of Neuberger &amp; Partners LLP. Together Mariya and Daisy drafted the client\u2019s version of events and obtained photos of the bruises from the client.
