Before joining Neuberger & Partners LLP, Nick articled at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto where he assisted lawyers across a broad range of practice areas including regulatory and white-collar defence.<\/p>\n
Nick earned his J.D.\/B.C.L. from McGill University in 2022. While at law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Journal of Law & Health and undertook legal research on patent families at the Office of Innovations and Partnerships. Nick holds an Honours Bachelor\u2019s degree in Philosophy and Social Science from the University of Manchester, and a Master\u2019s degree and PhD in the History of Medicine from the University of Cambridge.<\/p>\n
An experienced editor and published author of numerous academic articles, Nick reviews recent case law for the Neuberger & Partners LLP Sexual Assault Law Updates Newsletter and provides editorial assistance with Joseph Neuberger’s leading text, Assessing Dangerousness: Guide to the Dangerous Offender Application Process.<\/p>\n
Nick\u2019s criminal litigation practice includes trials and appellate law, sexual and domestic assault matters, violent crimes, and the defence of regulatory and white-collar offences.
