Grazia Condello is a paralegal and partner in the law firm of Neuberger & Partners LLP.

Ms. Condello is currently the Treasurer of the Ontario Paralegal Association.

She began her career as a certified Civil Litigation Law Clerk. She joined with Joseph A. Neuberger, in 1998. She was part of the group of first paralegals to be licenced by the Law Society of Upper Canada. She has assisted with the defence of many high-profile and complex criminal cases - assisting in the review of disclosure, preparation for the cross examination of witnesses, and legal research. She practices in defending clients charged with Criminal Summary Conviction matters, Provincial Offence charges, and in Small Claims Court litigation.

Ms. Condello volunteers in fundraising for the Toronto Lawyers Feed the Hungry Program, a program dedicated to providing healthy community meals to Toronto residents in need. Ms. Condello has also volunteered with the Ontario Justice Education Network, an organization dedicated to promoting public understanding of our legal system. Ms. Condello has been a speaker at Continuing Professional Development seminars relating to Provincial Offences and Criminal law for paralegals.

Ms. Condello has the experience that comes from successfully defending clients since 1998, with an emphasis on comprehensive preparation and resolute advocacy.
