Charge of Domestic Assault withdrawn prior to trial, Toronto. The client was involved in an altercation with her boyfriend. When police arrived, she did not tell police what occurred however her boyfriend told police she assaulted him. Both parties had injuries. Grace Condello of Neuberger & Partners LLP was retained.
