Charges of three counts of assault, forcible confinement, and mischief under $5,000 withdrawn, Toronto. The complainant alleged a domestic assault, wherein W.W. was alleged to have confined the complainant in his home after assaulting her and broken her cell phone. The Crown concluded that they had no reasonable prospect of conviction, and the charges were withdrawn at the request of the Crown.
