Client charged with Assault, Resist Arrest and Theft Under $5,000. The client retained John Navarrete of Neuberger & Partners LLP. Mr. Navarrete reviewed the disclosure and the surveillance of the grocery store which depicted a different picture than was contained in the criminal allegation.
