Client found not guilty of impaired driving and over 80 after trial. R. D. was found by police in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. Police charged R.D. with Impaired Driving. At the police station, R.D. blew 125 milligrams of alcohol within 100 milliliters of blood. Thereafter, police charged R.D. with Over 80. R.
