Charges of Assault x 4, Utter Threat x 4 and Assault with Weapon all withdrawn prior to setting the trial date, Brampton. The client discovered the complainant (his wife) was having an affair. The two got into a heated argument and P.N. wanted the complainant to leave the home. The complainant called police and P.N. was charged with the above domestic offences.
