Grazia Condello is completing her articles with Neuburger & Partners, where she assists in all areas of the firm’s criminal defence practice.
In 2018, Ms. Condello attended the University of London Law School in London, England. In 2023, Ms. Condello obtained a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, in Toronto, Canada.
Although Ms. Condello recently completed law school, she has worked with Joseph A. Neuberger since 1998 and was part of the first group of paralegals to be licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2008. As a licensed paralegal, Ms. Condello has defended clients charged with criminal summary conviction charges, Provincial Offences and Human Rights. In addition to her practice as a paralegal, Ms. Condello assisted lawyers with the defence of complex criminal cases, including homicide offences, domestic assault charges, sexual assault, drug related offences and driving offences. Ms. Condello became an experienced litigator who has successfully defended clients for over twenty years.
In additional to criminal defence, Ms. Condello has successfully defended clients charged with false allegations before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Ms. Condello is a former director of the Ontario Paralegal Association and former Chair of the Education Committee. She has been a speaker for various continuing legal professional education programs including the Law Society of Ontario, Osgoode Professional Development programs, Durham College, York Region Paralegal Network, the Paralegal TownHall, as well as other CPD providers.
Ms. Condello has been a speaker for the Honourable Justice Libman’s Provincial Offences program through OsgoodePD since 2022.
Ms. Condello is a speaker for Continuing Professional Development programs through the Law Society of Ontario, Osgoode PD, Durham College, and other CPD providers.
