Homicide, Attempted Murder, Robbery And Other Violent Crimes

Toronto Homicide Defence Lawyers

Murder is the most serious crime in law. The penalty if convicted is life imprisonment without parole eligibility for a minimum of 10 years, and potentially 25 years. Murder charges are investigated by special teams of police investigators who often involve themselves in only a handful of cases at any time. Even the bail procedure for Murder charges is different. Because of this, if you or a loved one is charged with Murder or Manslaughter, you need a team of smart, effective lawyers who are not just up to the task of defending your rights, but are seasoned and experienced in handling every aspect of the case.

At Neuberger & Partners LLP, we have over 20 years of successfully defending murder cases. Our founding partner Joseph Neuberger has special expertise in forensic DNA, forensic psychiatry, which often arise in murder and manslaughter cases.
